Legal Executive

O’Donovan Baker Solicitors are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Executive to join their team on a full time basis.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Legal Executive in litigation, preferably in the areas of debt recovery and security realisation.

Positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit.
Excellent Computer skills.
Capable of working on his/her own initiative as well as a part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, in particular with written communication.

Duties

Assisting senior solicitors in the management of a portfolio of files.
Drafting and issuing of proceedings for District, Circuit and High Court jurisdictions.
Processing files to Judgment and all enforcement stages.
Preparing Court documentation and liaising with Court Agents and Barristers.
Maintaining client files through photocopying, scanning, filing, opening and archiving, etc.
Diary management for senior staff members.
